Important details about check-in, cancellation policies, deposits, and reservation guidelines for Arrowwood Resort townhomes.
Check-in: 4:30 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. If you check out early, you are still responsible for the full period of your reservation. A minimum length of stay may apply during peak periods. All townhomes are non-smoking, and specific amenities may vary by unit. Pets are not allowed on resort property.
Townhomes & Cottages Two nights room & tax charged as advance deposit. Cancel 91+ days prior: deposit refunded minus $100 processing fee. Cancel 0-90 days prior: deposit forfeited.
Townhomes & Cottages One night room & tax charged as advance deposit. Cancel 15+ days prior: deposit refunded minus $100 processing fee. Cancel 0-14 days prior: deposit forfeited.
If a guest does not arrive for their reservation, the credit card on file will be charged for the balance of the stay and the remaining nights will be cancelled. If a guest departs earlier than the scheduled checkout date, the credit card will be charged for the remaining nights of the original reservation.
Advance purchase reservations require full payment at the time of booking. If an advance purchase reservation is cancelled after booking, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
